Predominantly recruiting senior positions in the world of big data we crafted a design that was impactful, recognisable and set the tone for all their future marketing.

After a discovery workshop it was clear there were three distinct types of people they needed to talk to. We decided it best that as soon as a visitor arrived at the site we would guide them straight to where they needed to be and content was relevant to them.

Using the right imagery and language here was key to help define the level of seniority that WeDoData work at.

Bringing messages to life

This isn’t any old recruitment agency, WeDoData are top level, highly experienced professional consultants, but they do like to have fun and bring a lot of energy to the room. To echo this we wanted to bring the site to life a little, making it feel dynamic and on the pulse, so introduced large bold animated messaging in headers and interactive data nodes to add playful elements to the brand, naturally looking as slick on mobile as it does on a large desktop.

JobAdder integration

WeDoData had invested into JobAdder to promote opportunities they were trying to fulfil, allowing them to post the opportunity once and distribute it to multiple job boards.

We seamlessly integrated with this facility to pull live opportunities through to their own website and for potential candidates to be able to apply, all searchable and displayed perfectly on brand.

Working with the Team at PMD has been a great experience.

My business partner and I were focussed on launching our new recruitment business during a global pandemic and whilst we realised how important it was to have a good website representing our business we were still using little more than a holding page which just didn’t market our brand in the way we wanted.

We approached PMD as the team there were known to both founders of the business independently and had also recently finished rebranding one of our client partners websites.

After a briefing session to communicate WeDoData’s positioning, offering, personality as well as our target market, PMD were able to come back with the key messages and tone that we were after as well as an impactful and professional feel to the design of the new site.

The team gave us a clear timeline which took us from the design stage right up to when the site would ‘go live’. They communicated precisely what they needed from us and also gave us clear and regular updates throughout the process.

As well as helping us with the look and feel of our new site they happily helped with all the legal and ‘small print’ tasks as well which left us free to get on with our day jobs!

Throughout the whole process there was never any task deemed too big or small and no idea or suggestion scoffed at or not listened too. Overall the service we received from the team at PMD was over and above anything I’d received from other branding agencies and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to rebrand or redesign their digital offering.
