Bringing a well known tattoo inspired clothing brand from California, being asked to build Sullen’s UK presence was an exciting opportunity. Sullen Clothing is held in exceptionally high regard globally throughout the tattoo world, so we had to ensure everything was perfect with their eCommerce solution right from the launch.

We anticipated that the majority of the site’s traffic would be coming from mobile. Four months post launch the stats confirmed a staggering 84% of visitors to the new eCommerce site were using mobile devices.
Successful eCommerce relies on a great user experience, one that’s easy to navigate and simple to place an order. At the same time the products have to look great too and when working on a single brand site rather than a multi-branded eCommerce shop, the ethos of the brand has to shine through as well so it doesn’t feel like a generic templated shop.
As with all clients we get to know and love the brand we’re working with, we look to understand the audience and what makes them tick so we always deliver work that’s on message and fits with an overall brand and marketing strategy.
Harnessing the power of the WooCommerce platform we were able to rapidly create a scalable solution with full reporting, email automations, order processing, Royal Mail and DPD integrations. Stripe was integrated to receive card payments and Klarna also hooked in to allow customers to spread the cost of purchases over three months.
Naturally in the world of retail the customer always comes first, so we created and fully integrated the site with an instance of HubSpot’s CRM and are working with Sullen UK on and ongoing basis to create and manage marketing campaigns.
